PAL, INC., established in 1988, has been a leader in the development and production of safety training, health and education programs. PAL's president, Penny Levin Fields, brings twenty-eight years of experience to your assistance.

Having served five terms on the Board of Directors of the National Safety Council, Penny is a twenty-five year member of NAFA (National Association of Fleet Administration), AFLA (Automotive Fleet and Leasing Association), NAPW (National Association of Professional Women), and a member of NAWBO (National Association of Women Business Owners). Civic activities include Rotary International and the Chamber of Commerce.

Penny was selected as one of one hundred "Women to Watch" by Today's Chicago Woman publication. She has received numerous awards and recognitions including the production of the first in-car audio training program in the country in 1987. Other awards of recognition include an entrepreneurial award (New Venture Award) from NAWBO and a Presidential Citation from the White House for the development and implementation of an energy effective corporate program.
